Position Summary:

Position works collaboratively with one or more client advisors of Peapack Private to provide a white glove experience to our client base.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for articulating the value proposition and delivering our capabilities including investments, trust and fiduciary services, financial planning, deposits and loans to our high- net worth client base.
  • Assist wealth advisors with handling client needs in person and via phone.
  • Assist clients with general questions, and interface with portfolio mgrs., financial planners, and trust officers as needed.
  • Prepare client meeting materials (pitchbooks and e-money), liaise with financial planners, and participate in select client meetings.
  • Assist with the establishment of Investment Credit Lines for clients, including line sizing, deal screen memos, approvals, credit track/opportunity management.
    • Assist with overseeing/reviewing/requesting documentation of ICLs with loan operations.
    • Assist with ICL closings via zoom/ notary is helpful.
    • Assist with booking, collateral feeds, borrowing requests, paydown requests.
    • Assist with past dues, ad hoc reports, learn margin call process.
  • Work with CSO to assist with account openings for deposits relationships, deposit rate changes, and collaborate with Treasury as needed.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Develop new client relationships.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years client facing experience preferred.
  • Client friendly attitude, good communication skills, manages expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Prior credit analysis skills are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus
