Perform technical research operations in order to support development of improved and new products and solutions within our fragrance business, according to company's business objectives and corporate strategy.

In this position you will:
* Perform lab experiments on a daily basis, document results & review with manager
* Solve routine technical problems, using defined methods and protocols
* Safely operate, maintain and organize lab equipment
* Maintain a safe, clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EHS guidelines

Your professional profile includes:
* Currently enrolled in a BS program, Biological or Physical Sciences preferred
* 1-2 years lab experience in a college setting
* Computer literacy
* Scientific/analytical skills
* Experience with lab equipment and its' safe use to perform research experiments
* Strong knowledge of materials and supplies needed to conduct research experiments
* Proficient with research documentation protocols
* Good knowledge of EHS guidelines as they pertain to lab maintenance and operation

Availability
* Preferred availability 3-5 consecutive days per business week (M-F), 4+ hours per day

Pay rate is $20-$22/hour
