JOB TITLE: Associate - {MT7633468}

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., seeks an Associate in New York, NY to originate, structure, and coordinate the execution of investment grade and sub-investment grade debt securities transactions in both public and private placement markets, for issuers in sovereign, aviation, transportation, consumer retail, technology, media, telecommunications, materials, utilities, energy, healthcare, pharmaceutical, real estate, and financial sectors. Requires a Master's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing know-your-customer (KYC) analysis, anti-financial-crime (AFC) evaluation, client onboarding, and ongoing disclosure monitoring; building valuation models and analyzing positions on products including secured and unsecured bonds, loans and bond take-outs, collateral swaps, interest rate swaps, repos, and reverse repos; conducting financial statement analysis and building calculations on financial metrics including common equity tier 1 and tier 2 ratios, net stable funding ratio, interest rate coverage ratio, debt to EBITDA, liquidity coverage ratios, profit margins, net present values, breakeven thresholds, impact of interest rate movements, collateral value projections, and forecasted transaction economics; assessing tax withholding, Basel regulatory framework, accounting standards comparison, rates policies, and local market characteristics; consolidating multi-currency trade balances and performing projected cross-currency swap valuations; and collaborating with internal and external audit and legal counsels to analyze financial covenants to ensure compliance and evaluate debt capacity, create Fed reports, and conduct due diligence. Salary range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
