About the role:

Pricing and Reference Data Services (PRS) is part of our Data and Feeds Business and is growing double digit year on year. We provide thousands of financial institutions around the world with access to a wide array of data content including exchange trade and evaluated pricing, the latter accounting for 40% of our business.

This exciting opportunity as the Director, Pricing Solutions is a cross functional role who will take ownership of the pricing strategy as it aligns with our DataScope suite of solutions and longer term strategic plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and clearly define the PRS Pricing Strategy with business outcomes

  • Direct a comprehensive execution plan inclusive of customer objectives, internal partners' inputs, product and project goals, risks and metrics needed to achieve them

  • Engage with relevant support partners to improve processes, systems and tools which will remove operational barriers

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to define target audiences globally and to drive better collaboration and feedback loop

  • Collaborate with business development partners (Solution sales, proposition sales, solution consultants, etc.) when new business opportunities (upsell or cross-sell) are generated

  • Define pricing campaign themes and thought leadership opportunities that support LSEG's business priorities

  • Liaise with partners in our Product team to ensure strategies and customers' expectations are aligned with delivery capacities and timelines as well as across LSEG to drive cross collaborative opportunities

  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and ensuring that the expectations of internal clients are managed

  • Work closely with client teams to gather and prioritize client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $183,000 - $340,000.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
