Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily ARCOS inventory cycle count discrepancies thru research, camera review, analysis, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure completion & accuracy of daily edits. Track and reconcile control issues in preparation for monthly ARCOS counts
  • Summarize and report daily discrepancies identified to management. Meet once a month with Vault/Cage picking team to discuss issues/performance and complete monthly CED's. Report unresolved issues as instructed by the DC's management & DRA timely.
  • Monitor missing control totes and file Suspect Product inquires if not located.
  • Print control drug RA's and process weekly narcotic buybacks for customers.
  • Prepare cage and vault morgues for monthly shipments to Inmar/Pharma link.
  • Oversee monthly Arcos Counts with operations. Review and reconcile final adjustment corrections. Print final month end reports. Reconcile any month end out of balance situations. Transmit monthly DEA inventory by deadline.
  • Organize, file and store ARCOS documents into the 4 monthly Arcos boxes and ensure proper retainment timelines.
  • It is of paramount importance that you ensure the department is always prepared for internal and external DEA audits. Maintain DEA Binder for audit visits.
  • Work Hours M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm or later if needed. Must be flexible with work scheduled. Expect to work swing/night shift once or twice a month and Saturdays if EOM falls on the weekend.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and bring all to a conclusion.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize your daily tasks and work overtime as needed.
  • Able to work independently with supervision & as a team daily.
  • Preferred operational knowledge with receiving, picking, double check, put away, returns, and replenishment
  • Enjoy working in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • PC skills - must be proficient in Excel, Word, Access dashboards and Microsoft email.
  • Knowledgeable with AS400-Acumax (Warehouse Management), SAP, CRM preferred but willing to train.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$22.81 - $38.01
