By skillfully combining an understanding of content needs with technical skills, the Web Producer brings innovative web solutions to life, assisting in the production and evaluation of web resources and content to achieve organizational goals. The Web Producer oversees and informs web design, content strategy, and development from a sitewide and page-level perspective. Having first-hand knowledge of the organizational web presence and architecture, the Web Producer is responsible for the coordination of web projects and maintenance of websites used by B2C and B2B audiences.
Essential Position Functions:
Coordinate and guide content development, publication, and production for FLVS websites
Collaborate with marketing specialists, creative designers, content producers, and developers on new and existing concepts for web
Define and maintain the character of organizational websites by organizing, editing, and reviewing copy, visual media, and interactive elements
Update webpages in support of integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with Marketing & Communications team
Plan site and page content structure to align with audience strategy and guide execution
Identify and prioritize web publishing needs and manage day-to-day updates
Maintain page structure, document templates, graphics, and other web resources
Conduct regular A/B tests to optimize web performance and increase conversions
Ensure continuity and standardization in alignment with web and brand style guides
Provide strategic direction and recommendations to improve web experience and address audience needs, including modifications to content, design, and user flow
Analyze trends and competitor websites to stay current on best practices
Provide support and training as needed to individuals involved in maintaining the site
Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience:
Three years of supporting, managing, and implementing websites and content
Experience working with internal customers to gather requirements and provide solutions for business process needs
Experience working with designers and content producers
Experience establishing website architecture and user paths
Experience with Content Management Systems
Experience working with vendors
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with Adobe Creative suite
One or more years with Sitefinity experience, preferred
Copywriting experience, preferred
Knowledge, abilities and skills:
Proficient with web CMS platforms with ability to publish solutions in Sitefinity and WordPress with web parts, workflows, and custom forms
Ability to learn new software/programs quickly
Solid understanding of web standards and best practices
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
