The Associate Product Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in defining and executing go-to-market strategies of Magnite's products and services. Translating the technical into beautifully simple and compelling reasons to believe is core to the role. Foundationally, you'll focus on narratives driven by market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic product direction. You'll write, research, get your tech on, and evangelize it all. But best of all, you'll be a key input to the product planning process, the go-to team sales turn to for sales enablement, and in charge of partnering with marketing to launch world-class campaigns.

In this role you will focus on the following areas:

  • Go-to-market: Work cross-functionally to help build and execute the GTM strategy, including timelines, communications (internal + external), training, campaigns, and KPIs, ensuring the successful launch of new features and offerings (e.g., positioning, sales education, materials, and feedback).

  • Sales enablement + Content: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing to help develop sales enablement (e.g., client stories, webinars, datasheets, demo videos, pitch decks, solution guides, knowledge base articles, and more), supporting the commercialization process.

  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop product positioning and messaging that creates differentiation and underscores our brand narratives.

  • Competitor, Market & Client Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams, thought leaders, and analysts and walk in the shoes of our clients and partners to gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to guide marketing, sales positioning, and product management.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of product marketing, marketing, or product management experience in the B2B technology sector.

  • An understanding of programmatic advertising is a plus.

  • Experience hanging out in the technical details and partnering directly with Product Management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills delivered across digital mediums.

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties with the flexibility to adapt and adjust your strategy with evolving business needs

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $95,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $95,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
