Partnerships and Investment at MRM Media require a blend of creativity, science, psychology, technology, and innovation. This role will allow you to further build your industry knowledge while strengthening your negotiation and relationship skills. You will have the opportunity to help build how our clients go to market, delivering best in class opportunities while maximizing value.

In this role you will strategize and implement omni-channel media plans that deliver successful outcomes based on our clients' needs. This role will manage the overall RFP (request for proposals) process across all media channels, including but not limited to developing the RFP and working with media partners to deliver proposals that meet the expectations of the overall media strategy/KPIs. This role will also support deal negotiation and ensure all proper execution/guidelines are in place. This role will also provide oversight and guidance throughout the execution of media plans (inclusive of all aspects of the media buying process). This role is a perfect combination of strategy and partnership, acting as the liaison between MRM Media and the entire media landscape.

Your Impact

* Support investment partnerships and media activation across all media channels

* Participate in development of go to market strategies, recommendations and industry POVs

* Work with cross-functionally with Planning and Data teams to ensure investments and partnerships are strategically relevant and commercially viable

* Manage the RFP process for all media partnerships and ensure successful campaign execution from start to finish

* Assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks inclusive of media plan changes, programming details, billing, trafficking requests

* Meet with, develop, and maintain relationships with both media partners and clients, across all channels

* Maintain and communicate up-to-date records of the media plan from start to finish

* Provide timely and accurate delivery of all work

* Demonstrate ambition by keeping abreast of industry trends through trade news, industry workshops / seminars and tracking current events

* Act with high integrity to maintain strong, collaborative, productive working relationships across all internal / external teams and partners and sets good example for assistant level

Your Qualifications

* 2-3 years of investment/media buying experience

* A left and right brain thinker - a data powered strategist

* Strong understanding of media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals

* Experience developing and managing the RFP process from negotiation to IO submission

* Digitally savvy, with specific fluency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* Working knowledge of Prisma, DCM, Double Verify or other ad verification partners

* Excels in working with budgets and numbers

* Excellent verbal and written skills

* Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented

* Interested in the media landscape with a desire to innovate and keep up with trends

* Results oriented; consistently motivated, proactive, and resourceful

* An effective time manager, comfortable working with multiple timelines and deliverables

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
