Your Role:

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our Operational Risk Department, reporting to the Head of Operational Risk, Counterparty Risk and Legal Trading Documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and lead SOC 1 testing of firmwide controls by liaising with external auditors and internal departments across the firm
  • Execute the Vendor Risk Management program including onboarding, assessments, due diligence meetings, issue identification and action plans.
  • Adapt and develop programs as needed based on internal requirements and applicable regulation
  • Assist with NFA Self-Assessment and SWIFT Self-Assessment
  • Assist with operational risk event capture and remediation process
  • Conduct operational risk assessments and ad hoc assessments that may arise from time to time
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations pertaining to operational risk with respect to asset management firms.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 + years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience in an auditing function, compliance testing, regulatory review, vendor risk and/or operational risk
  • Knowledge of alternative investment strategies and a wide range of asset classes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to critique risks and controls provided by business units and identify areas for meaningful process improvement
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Fusion software a plus

The salary range for this role is expected to be $175,000,000 to $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs. This wage range may also be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
