The Sr. Developer is a multi-skilled position with 7+ years working experience in enterprise system integrations and migrations. This position will focus on HR projects with various development tasks such as: analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying solutions in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Python) for Azure based solutions. The Sr. Developer will incorporate existing or write new APIs based on the project's need. This role will support applications with an understanding of system integration, testing, coding/scripting, and troubleshooting. Experience with platforms like Avature, PeopleSoft, Docebo, UKG Peopledoc, and Workday (or similar platforms) is beneficial.
The Sr. Developer must have experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines, demonstrate they can multi-task, listen to others and accept input from departmental leadership. They must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, while displaying a positive attitude and a track record of being thorough and precise.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
*   Develop Azure based integrations and applications.
*   Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C#, .NET, or Python.
*   Implement and configure Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, databases, networking, and security.
*   Integrate Azure services with existing systems and applications.
*   Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions.
*   Develop technical specifications and design documents for Azure solutions.
*   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and applications.
*   Stay current with the latest Azure technologies and best practices. 
Education:
*   BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Licenses and Certifications:
*   Azure preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*   Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Logic/Function Apps, Azure Storage, Data Factory, SQL, DevOps, etc.
*   Experience with cloud architecture and design patterns.
*   Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
*   Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
*       Experience with system migrations, DevOps, Avature, Docebo, Workday, PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, SOX, GDPR a plus.

Salary

$90,000 to $140000 annually.
