Key Responsibilities

As a Program and Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination of vital aspects of global business operations throughout our organization. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a streamlined communication strategy, building a repository of essential information, and addressing the diverse needs of our sales, marketing, and partner teams. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support the company's overarching objectives.

  1. Communication Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to disseminate important information regarding global business operations to internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment of communication efforts with the company's overall objectives and brand messaging.
    • Identify the most effective channels and platforms for communication, including emails, newsletters, forums, wiki repositories and more.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create engaging and informative content, including guidelines, presentations, and announcements, to keep employees informed about key developments and initiatives.
    • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of information, documents, and resources related to global business operations for easy access by relevant teams.
    • Regularly update and curate content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to understand their communication needs and provide support as required.
    • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to addressing business challenges and opportunities.
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating effective communication channels.
  4. Response Management:
    • Monitor incoming inquiries and requests related to global business operations from internal and external sources.
    • Prioritize and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and appropriate support.
    • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant stakeholders for resolution, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  5. Performance Measurement and Optimization:
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, including engagement metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
    • Use insights gathered to continuously improve communication strategies and processes.
    • Identify opportunities for automation or optimization to streamline communication workflows and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on sales operations, revenue operations, communication strategy, marketing, and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, content management systems, and collaboration tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with global business operations and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with international markets.
  • Experience in the technology industry or related fields is a plus.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $126,000-$157,500. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
