Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for aProduct Lead - Vitechto join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Requirement Gathering sessions to understand the client needs and detail BRD/System Requirement with focus on keeping the OOTB platform capabilities. Understand and ensure E2E view collecting cross-track dependencies
  • Hands on experience in one or more tracks - Customer, Policy, Billing, Claims, Agency management, Commissions core
  • Work with Client Product Owner for any requirement clarifications, Scrum Master and Platform team during sprint planning and user story creation
  • Develop the E2E views for the process areas within the track showcasing the systems involved and the dependencies
  • Lead tech track BA's (Portal, Forms, Platform, Integration) and review the results to ensure all business requirements are met with minimal lapses in requirements across the E2E flow
  • Lead the BA's to perform basic pre-QA validation of the developing functionality within a sprint
  • Triage the defects making sure all CRs are addressed appropriately
  • Lead Customer demo's of the developed product in an incremental manner
  • Liaise with other product owners to ensure between the 2 (Pre-Sales/Sales and Post Sales) tracks there are no gaps / excess
  • Groom the requirements across platform/portal/forms/integration tracks, providing cross-track views / clarifications
  • Give towards knowledge management and practice development in the form of knowledge documents

Technical Knowledge :Policy Admin Platform Knowledge : Vitech V3locity

Functional Skills : Business Analysis, Product Management

Domain Skills: Group Benefits (Preferable), Retirements, Life & Annuities Insurance

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between$115,900 - $168,000depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
