Summary Description:
Under minimum supervision, responsible for monitoring, maintaining and executing jobs on a digital print and finishing equipment; operates multiple machines simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions
*Loads cut sheet (reams) of paper and/or pre-printed forms
*Operates multiple printers ensuring compliance with customer specifications
*Performs print tests to ensure accuracy
*Performs frequent quality checks during print process
*Completes assigned work using documented processes to ensure customer satisfaction
*Notifies supervisor of equipment failure or problems
*Troubleshoots and clears material jams and other obstacles promptly
*Completes all job tracking paperwork and/or input work data into systems
*Recommends process improvements and implements at supervisor's discretion
*Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers
*Maintains supply inventory
*Performs other duties as required
Qualifications for Position
*H.S. diploma or equivalent
*Ability to read, write and speak English
*Previous experience in print operations required
