The Senior Account Manager, Client Success is expected to provide best in class service and operations support to their portfolio of publisher partner relationships. The ideal candidate will utilize superior customer service and relationship building skills in their work, partnering with Operations, Sales, Technical and Product organizations to drive success for Magnite's Publisher clients.

The Senior Account Manager will demonstrate expertise in the Magnite tech suite and the programmatic advertising landscape, providing guidance for both publishers and internal teams. They assist and often lead with integration management, reporting, product rollout, training, troubleshooting, front-line support, publisher strategy consultation and more.

In this role you will:

  • Foster relationships with Magnite's large scale strategic supply partners, understanding their goals and financial targets to formulate and lead a tailored monetization strategy

  • Execute publisher monetization strategies on a day to day basis through Magnite's platforms

  • Partner with Publisher Sales to strategically grow publisher relationships

  • Manage the on-boarding of new clients

  • Lead in customer facing training, and assist in internal documentation creation and maintenance

  • Pull reporting, run analysis of data and provide insights to internal groups and partners

  • Working closely with our programmatic demand teams to provide the most optimal view of supply to their clients

  • Manage all day-to-day administrative operations associated with publisher partners including but not limited to month end billing review, deal set up and troubleshooting

  • Become an expert at platform(s) demos, encourage the adoption of new product features and provide feedback internally on client needs to drive future product conversations

  • Build critical internal partnerships through outreach, customer service and effective work output

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of publisher account management, customer support and/or ad operations experience; preferably in digital video, and CTV in particular

  • General knowledge of the overall ad technology ecosystem (Ad servers, SSP, DSP, RTB, etc.),

  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Possess strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and strategic problem solving abilities

  • Posses and demonstrate a self-starter attitude and work style

  • Driven by learning new skills and seeking new knowledge

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

  • High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft and Google Suites)

  • Positive, optimistic, and flexible attitude

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $85,000 - $95,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $105,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
