Job Description:

Raritan Valley Community College has an anticipated openings for a Part-Time Zero Waste Internship.

The Zero Waste Intern will lead RVCC's efforts during the Campus Race to Zero Waste (CR2ZW) campaign, formerly known as RecycleMania. The intern will spend approximately 50 hours total from late January through March.

The intern will collect weekly data on how much recycling and waste the campus generates, learn about successful zero waste campaigns, and develop and implement a campaign for RVCC campus. Requirements:

Current RVCC student.

Interest in sustainability.

Some environmental science background or previous involvement in sustainability activities preferred.
