As a Tax Accountant reporting directly to the Federal Tax Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with domestic tax regulations while contributing to our company's financial success.

Responsibilities:

? Prepare Federal Tax Returns: Dive into the intricacies of U.S. Federal consolidated corporate income tax returns and related forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

? Handle State Tax Compliance: Navigate the complexities of separate company, unitary, and combined state income tax returns with finesse.

? Manage Tax Deadlines: Stay ahead of the game by preparing federal, state, and local tax return extensions and estimated tax forms and payments on time, every time.

? Support Tax Provisioning: Assist with quarterly and year-end domestic tax provision in line with ASC 740, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

?? Coordinate Tax Calendars: Keep our tax processes running smoothly by administering the OneSource tax calendar efficiently.

? Handle Correspondences: Address tax notices promptly and provide valuable assistance during tax audits, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.

? Drive Process Improvements: Identify areas for enhancement, propose innovative solutions for streamlining processes, and optimize reporting procedures.

? Build Collaborative Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with key stakeholders across departments, fostering teamwork and synergy.

? Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to various domestic federal and state projects, including acquisitions and dispositions, making a tangible impact on our company's growth.
