Job Description

What we will achieve together :

This role is based in Parsippany, NJ and is hybrid.

  • Produce and validate 12 months rolling Sales Forecasts.
  • Ensure the consistency of the data to optimize Customers' Fill Rate.
  • Maintain healthy communication and collaborative analysis with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Understand Customer's replenishment systems and use in conjunction with POS data and local Sales & Marketing informations to develop a 12 months rolling sales plan by item.
  • Control and maintain the Forecast in the system.
  • Collaborate with Sales Organization to ensure validity and relevancy of the created sales plan.
  • Collaborate with Customers, Sales and Marketing to understand and follow promotion, cannibalization of in-line items, incremental sales growth.
  • Proactivity in the phase IN/OUT communication and validation with Sales & marketing Departments
  • Follow-up of roadmap on Top.10 customers.
  • Maximize Forecast Accuracy and minimize Bias at item/customer level.
  • Understand and follow the weekly forecast process TRUST (sales forecasts adjustments, sanity check, etc.).
  • Participate to the monthly pre-forecast Meeting.

Bring your competencies :

Education:

  • Associate degree in business or other related fields, or equivalent experience.

Personal characteristics:

  • High sensibility to products & sales comprehension.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Good communication, Organized, Accurate, Responsible, Self-motivated.

Additional / Optional Skills:

  • APICS education
  • At ease in SAP APO and Microsoft suite.
