Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Operations Specialist.
  • In this role, you will support the Marketing Organization by managing various Content Operations workstreams.
  • Your responsibilities will include overseeing and actively participating in multiple Content Operations workstreams, including Folloze, DAM, RevTech tools, and content development.
  • Creation of Folloze boards. Manage the Check Point Resource Hub. Curate to highlight the most important stories told through assets.
  • Collaborate closely with workstreams such as Demand Generation, SDR, and corporate/product marketing teams to coordinate and integrate content-related activities.
  • Tag and align content for seamless orchestration across digital properties, including global websites.
  • Manage the intake of content for production.
  • Contribute to enhancing Content Operations processes, ensuring efficiency, in all aspects of content planning and execution.
  • Drive improvements in timelines, documentation, and asset management to elevate the overall quality of content across Check Point's outward-facing digital properties.
  • Implement a digital asset management system, creating a robust process and governance framework.
  • Organize content strategically to align with consumer needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Regularly report on content performance across all channels and deliver valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Be an integral part of the feedback loop for ongoing content strategy refinement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen focus on attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and lead a team through the creative process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with technology platforms, including Folloze, Digital Asset Management, 6sense, and other martech tools.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
