Job responsibilities:
Participate in design discussions and implement Endpoint, Network and Data Security solutions as identified by the customer leadership
* Experience in engineering and deploying Enterprise level Endpoint, Network and Data Security tools;
* Solid experience in End Point policy enablement, EDR solutions and NextGen antivirus.
* Team player, work well with cross teams (Engineering and Operational) and departments
* Strong problem solving and decision making with the ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint security INCs and PBIs (Tier 2 &3)
* ServiceNow exposure with Change, Incident and Problem Management
* Strong understanding of SDLC and product life cycle
* Ability to develop/enhance Product Runbooks and Work Instructions
* Good understanding on the Infra security architecture, Experience in engineering infra security solutions
* Strong oral and written English communications with excellent follow up skills
* Lead Engineering tasks and demonstrate self-management and accountability when managing customer expectations and implementation of security solutions
