The FI Credit Union Regulatory Analyst assists management with the regulatory consulting services provided to the firm's credit union clients, including capital markets Policy reviews, quarterly Policy compliance reporting, pre and post-examination consultation, and support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate state and federal regulations related to principles, procedures, and policies and confer with state and federal agencies.
  • Analyze NCUA and state exams and assist with written responses.
  • Cultivate and understand credit union industry standards, best practices, and processes.
  • Develop and review the quarterly ALM ALCO Dashboard with clients. Identify asset and funding concentrations per regulatory guidance.

$75,000 - $100,000 base salary

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum required: 1+ years related experience in banking or credit unions.
  • A paralegal or law degree is preferred.

LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS

  • Progress towards professional designations and licensing is preferred.

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
