Position Summary

The Manager position on the Performance Media and Measurement (PMM) team, is tasked with leading brand level application of traditional and innovative PMM functions. These functions include leading client reporting meetings based on data from channel platforms + analytic outputs like Marketing Mix Models, assisting in the development, design and measurement of brand and enterprise level test and learns, partnering with key ad tech partners, and stewarding digital campaign creation and execution with a focus on the CPG Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior team members with supporting the curation of insights for quarterly performance reads using measurement outputs from Marketing Mix, in partnership with internal channel specialists, as well as client stakeholders, on a regular basis.
  • Apply substantial amounts of independent critical thinking, and from your analyses, uncover media and marketing communication opportunities
  • Assist senior team members with developing insights for bi-weekly reporting meetings, as well as monthly reporting insights, through collaboration with OneVue channel leads and planning teams
  • Manage OneVue specialist channel teams, ensure optimization logs are updated and that they have access to latest performance results
  • QA data for quality control for advanced analytic outputs
  • Assist senior team members with the creation of brand level Measurement and Learning plans, as well as actualizing the results of those tests. Coordinate with channel leads and planning team as necessary
  • Oversight and stewardship of campaign set-up, ensuring appropriate application/execution & implementation to deliver accurate measurement on Enterprise Innovation projects, test and learn opportunities and Learning Agenda items
  • Analyze results from Enterprise test and learns, create recap decks that reflect answers to ingoing hypothesis
  • Oversee process of maintaining and consistently sharing audience naming convention details with internal and external stakeholders for segment development and tracking for reporting purposes
  • In collaboration with Audience Planning team, present under pacing optimization recommendations to client stakeholders for alignment and incorporate any feedback. Assist Planning teams w/ adjusting programmatic briefs accordingly
  • Support data collection and builds in Domo media metric visualization platform by providing channel context and final recommendations
  • Ensure recommendations from measurement platforms are built to assist with a broad range of analyses that drive media optimization and improvement in marketing techniques and business strategies.
  • Diagnose issues with data, work with measurement vendors and planning teams to solve discrepancies and ensure accurate tracking resumes accordingly.
  • Liaise between the agency trading desk, Planning Teams, and other key internal groups on each account (marketplace, research/analytics, operations) to ensure client needs are being met and to carry out precision strategy process workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Problem Solving: Anticipates, recognizes and clearly defines problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions.
  • Prioritization: Assesses and ranks issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action
  • Communication: Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, strategy and next steps with internal and external stakeholders through effective oral and written communication.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiar with media measurement platforms (i.e. DCM), media platforms (DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, others) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
