Schedule: M-F, 8AM-4PM EST

Position Summary:
The IT Logistics Technician is skilled and experienced with logistical processing and will be responsible for handling all levels of logistical matters including but not limited to completing inbound services, deployment services, and providing thought leadership to help a growing Logistics service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Imaging of new hire laptops and loaner laptops
  • Conducting deployment services, which encompass desk-side support, desk set-up, phone provisioning, and quick-fix management.
  • Completing and supervising requests for materials and equipment.
  • Restocking and troubleshooting all IT equipment around site office(s)
  • Asset Imaging/Provisioning
  • Asset Lifecycle Hardware issue assessment and minor troubleshooting
  • Store room organization and planogram management
  • Laptop collection and decommissioning
  • Unloading and delivering shipments to stock rooms and local Help Desks
  • Completing additional tasks/Projects assigned by Management
  • Stocking/checking printers
  • Asset management, inventory tracking & cycle counts.
  • Managing of IT stock room
  • Conference room AV checks when needed
  • Efficient management of IT Ticket requests and team backlog
  • IT onboarding room setups
  • Process and procedure documentation
  • Able to travel to a remote site for inventory management when needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1-2 years experience working with IT assets
  • 1-2 years experience configuring/troubleshooting hardware
  • Basic understanding of Intel/AMD/ARM desktops/laptops architecture.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Available to work 35 hours/5 days per week
  • Extensive understanding of IT equipment, models, and accessories. Including experience with Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS systems.
  • Excellent Ticket management hygiene is a must
  • Understanding of managing service through data
  • Responsive, efficient, and exhibits a high level of professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.
  • Must be a self-starter who takes initiative, analyzes and resolves problems in a fast-paced environment, and drives projects to closure.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for customer interactions.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move/lift at least 20-30 pounds
Certification Optional:
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA ITF+
