Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Fulfillment Team Lead, the Kitting & Fulfillment Coordinator I is responsible for activities supporting the Warehouse teams' goals and objectives. Typical daily activities include documentation of all returned inventory, packaging new inventory, and processing outgoing shipments. The Kitting & Fulfillment Coordinator packages and arranges transit of finished goods to customer locations. Ensures timely and accurate processing, packaging, and shipping. Conducts visual inspection for defects/damaged inventory to ensure quality of all shipments. Arranges and organizes materials to allow for efficient FIFO protocols. Arranges and organizes returned inventory to allow for efficient scrapping.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Promotes and nurtures company culture, policies, and guidelines.
  • Manages and organizes workflow to ensure completion of daily task list and assignments. Tasks include inventory put away, moving pallets, creating shipping labels, dock receipts, etc.
  • Follows manufacturing instructions in completing daily tasks to ensure uniformity and integrity of performance objectives. Prioritizes inventory control, attention to detail, following quality & regulatory guidelines, etc.
  • Assists in the kitting of manufacturing orders.
  • Collaborates and communicates daily with all applicable teams.
  • Contributes to maintaining clean and efficient workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED, entry or one year of similar or related work experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and meet daily goals and objectives within a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with data entry/maintenance within an ERP platform.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and change objectives with little to no notice.
  • Be a results-oriented team player and strong advocate for team-based success.
  • Able to interact well with internal associates at multiple levels across multiple lines of warehouse functions.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
  • Forklift experience is a bonus but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00-20.00 per hour. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
