We are seeking a Senior Manager, who will support the Chief of Staff and Vice Chairman of Services to manage project initiatives that elevate business growth outcomes for the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive presence and exceptional program & project management skills. What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Oversee pricing strategies and analysis, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

  • Create a strategy and manage a process around client billing, along with systems to optimize revenue generation.

  • Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

  • Develop and maintain a Partner transition plan with each of the Service Lines

  • Represent the Service Lines in discussions on SAP issues and optimization.

  • Work with various Service Lines to help improve the Engagement Letter process.

  • Coordinate with various key stake holders across the Firm on data retention and policies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Trustworthy - experience handling confidential information with a high degree of integrity.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in program & project management

  • Detailed understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

  • Proven track record of success leading cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations, and drive results.

  • Background in a professional services environment such as law firm, CPA firm, or similar industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.

  • Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional projects, setting expectations, and delivering results

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

  • Highly proficient in ERP systems, such as SAP and NetSuite

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Acts with a sense of urgency, and is able to anticipate needs.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience with data analysis and project management tools such as PowerBI and SmartSheet.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

120000

and

200000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
