This internship is a PT opportunity and will run for 10 weeks from June 3rd through August 9th.

As the Compliance-Risk Mangement Intern you will be responsible for supporting the Compliance-Risk Management department and management of the vendor due diligence process.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the Vendor Management through the following tasks.
  • Learn the Venminder platform - the vendor can provide training sessions
  • Complete the annual due diligence for all high risk vendors
  • Develop any changes to the initial vendor due diligence questionnaire that streamlines the process, ensure questions are user friendly and aligns with policy
  • Ensure managers complete their annual attestation memo
  • Assist the Risk Analyst in monthly risk reports
  • Accomplishes the credit union's mission by completing relevant duties as needed when requested by management or other staff members.

Essential Qualifications:

For consideration, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college program pursuing an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. One year of customer service experience preferred.
