Vogue is seeking a Coordinating Producer to join our dynamic, fast-paced video team. In this role the Coordinating Producer will work within our production team and work closely with the Senior Producers, Creative Producers and Directors on all video productions. The ideal candidate has experience creating and executing high concept digital videos, has knowledge of production best practices, and always delivers with remarkable results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates understanding of digital video, creative and production for all their projects.

  • Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines.

  • This individual is responsible for producing all their shoots, and being on-set, with supervision of the Director of Content Production / Supervising Producer or Executive Producer. Manages or supports production load-in/strike.

  • Manages or supports the entire production process from treatment to final delivery, with supervision from the Director of Content Production / Supervising Producer or Executive Producer.

  • This individual oversees the production of approx 3-5 series. Holistically manages their projects.

  • Is a thorough researcher, can quickly pick-up new skills and is willing to become an expert in their field.

  • Responsible for all kick-off documentations and project kick-off, when applicable.

  • Clearly communicates all deadlines to relevant parties. Proactively works against delays and communicates any adjustments as needed.

  • Knowledge of administrative duties and creating the following, but not limited to: spreadsheets, presentations, note-taking, processing invoices, updating calendars, production schedules, etc.

  • Reviews and is responsible for final treatments, outlines, shooting scripts, scripts, casting requests and reviews, production schedules, budgets of all assigned programs.

  • This individual is responsible for the first draft of the budget and submission to the Production Management team for review and approval. Working closely with Production Management to advise or suggest crew.

  • Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions.

  • Is responsible for sending out call sheets.

  • This individual will support Production Management in assembling or suggesting production crews, logistics, crew lists etc.

  • Plan and draft schedules for film shoots, coordinate travel schedules, manage call sheets.

  • Team player. Willing to learn. Able to improve their skills.

  • This individual will work alongside talent and talent teams, therefore, must be able to perform with professionalism and discretion.

  • Ability to work with internal and external crews to communicate details about shoots (location updates, reminders, interview questions, schedule updates, etc).

  • Ability to scout locations and studios. Coordinate any walkthroughs or site visits.

  • Must have knowledge or basic understanding of production costs or budget.

  • Must be able to support any other duties for the production team.

  • Manage or support the post production process, responsible for collecting all creative notes through the process, and ensure deadlines are being met. Requirements are, but not limited to: schedules, paper-cuts, hand-off emails, selects, graphics, music, rough cuts, fine cuts, final narration and final versions, with supervision from the Director of Content.

  • As a Coordinating Producer, this individual is also responsible and accountable for managing the Post Production team.

  • Detail oriented. Always hits deadlines, leads by example, a model CNE employee for all to emulate

  • Work with the Associate Producer to gather Fair Use agreements, contracts and releases for Production Management to review and approve.

  • Must be able to work collaboratively with the Associate Producer.

  • Assist and work collaboratively with the Researchers and Script Writers.

  • Additional responsibilities as needed and assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • A minimum of 3 years experience producing and developing digital videos on various platforms.

  • A demonstrated track record in production execution.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated aptitude to work closely with internal and external producers.

  • Understanding of production and post-production workflow.

  • Must exhibit strong written and verbal skills.

  • Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Must be a good communicator and always a solution-oriented adult in the room.

  • Ability to hit hard deadlines.

  • Leads by example.

  • Able to improve skills.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $56,500-$83,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
