JOB SUMMARY

Train and supervise team of Sales Coordinators, manage assigned showroom(s), provide general administrative/executive support, and serve as a primary resource for general questions regarding policy, systems and training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversee SC performance and responsibilities. Train all SC on company policies, procedures and systems. Help develop Sales Representative/Sales Coordinator Partnerships. Provide support to upper management, Sales and Executive. Assist with local client events. Administer showroom standards. Oversee maintenance of showroom sample library. Aid in solving issues involving sales support and internal departments. Provide DON and system expertise.

MAGNITUDE AND RELATIONSHIP REPORTING

Reports to Sr. Manager, Textiles Sales Support

CONTACTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION

This position has contact with clients; All internal departments including: human resources, resource management, warehouse management, QA, credit, custom studio; local sales reps; and sales teams from all territories. Also included are facility managers and service/repair workers.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word.

  • Well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Must possess strong analytical and leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

  • 5 years of administrative experience

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience

A starting compensation range for this role is $53,600-$79,850 annually. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium.
