New York, NYThe Senior Manager, Commerce Partnerships & Operations is an important role in the Commerce organization, reporting to the Executive Director, Commerce Strategy & Operations. You will oversee key relationships with partners and drive processes to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Partnerships: manage strategic partnerships with third parties to help Brands drive maximum performance and impact to their businesses
Coupons Business: run partnerships with Coupons third parties to protect and drive business in a sustainable way
Tentpole Events: support the delivery of Tentpole events (e.g. Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) by bringing together best practice recommendations from the cross-functional team (SEO, CRM, Newsletter, Product) and ensuring strong implementation and reporting
Affiliate Partner Management: collaborate with Affiliate Network teams to ensure that optimal rates are accepted or flagged
Operational Tools & Systems: Work with third party tool providers to ensure Brand teams have productive working tools and systems to help drive the business forward
Data & Reporting: Gather intelligence and reporting requirements from Brand Leads for the Analytics and Business Intelligence teams.
Financial Planning & Management: own third party freelance budgeting cross-brand to ensure budgets are used and tracked effectively
Strategic Projects: Support Strategic projects in incubation stage to determine viability to scale. Work with relevant stakeholders to manage timely execution and scope next steps

Brand Leads and Editors
Partnerships Team
Cross functional teams (SEO, Newsletter, CRM, Social, Analytics, Technology, Finance)
Third Parties (Coupons, Content Production, Data)
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Four to five years of experience working in content operations within the Publishing or Commerce industries. Skilled in operational excellence, process-driven, organized, analytical, and talented at managing cross-functional teams with diverse objectives, timelines and responsibilities. Works collaboratively to problem solve on operational tasks whilst able to deliver big-picture strategic thinking to drive forward partnerships. Ability to manage multiple activities and details at one time. Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting and summarizing data, and drawing actionable insights and action items from analysis.
This position is based at our headquarters at 1 World Trade Center, New York, NY.
Base Salary: $85,000 - $125,000
