SUMMARY

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors
• Responsible for delivering the Best Customer Experience that contributes to the Sales and Profit in your store.
• Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates.
• Keep showroom stocked and orderly.
• Maintaining cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas
• All other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired
  • A willingness to learn is a must have
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be team-oriented
  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent, with minimum of one-year relevant work experience
