Job Description

- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming HVAC products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or delivery manifests.
- Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and label received items, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of HVAC products using computerized systems.
- Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload products safely.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and timely shipment.
- Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for HVAC products, adhering to industry standards.
- Assist in periodic equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Quality Control and Documentation: Conduct regular quality control checks on HVAC products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product movements, inspections, and inventory records.
- Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
