Overview
AFC is responsible for Deutsche Bank's overall Anti-Money Laundering Program, including oversight of the New Client Adoption ("NCA"), Know Your Customer ("KYC"), transactions and products processes giving rise to potential financial crime. The Americas Head of Business Lines AFC serves as a key advisor to Americas (CUSO) businesses and functions in matters relating to AFC risk. This includes AFC risks posed by clients, products and services as well as overseeing the implementation and operation of AFC controls such as: KYC for High Risk clients, with a specific focus on Regular (aka Periodic) KYC Reviews, Event Driven Reviews and remediation of KYC files. A successful candidate will learn how to navigate the complexity of the organization across the global and regional AFC, Business Operations, Legal, Client Lifecycle Management ("CLM") and Business teams.

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
The salary range for this position in New York is $280,000 to $400,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
