Job Description
AVP, Technology and Operations Product Owner, Synchrony Bank, Stamford, CT. Support the product expansion and growth of existing platforms within Enterprise Operations environment. Gather and document change/maintenance/project requirements. Design and implement solutions for the servicing platform, drive user interface design and oversee end user testing. Develop business requirements for call centers, collections, and back office, support future functionality needs, platform integration, prioritization of projects and developing cost/benefit analysis. Implement new or updated procedures in several Call Center applications, including but not limited to Installment portfolio applications. Serve as the focal point for the translation of Voice of Customer into CTQ’s (Critical to Quality). Support the IT functional and technical system process to ensure that business requirements are met. Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and participate in user acceptance testing for the applications supported by the team.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
· Mainframe technologies such as JCL, Fiserv, COBOL and/or CICS;
· At least three of the Front-End technologies such as Java, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, Webservices (SOAP or REST API), and/or UNIX;
· Managing and developing Contact Center applications such as Intradiem, Avaya, NexThink, Advanced Case Management, IVA, Moxie, or IVR;
· Enterprise-wide migration including Data Center Business Center and Cloud Migration; and
· Project Management and Scrum.
