Candidate Overview
The applicant should be an organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment, possess strong organization skills, and clear communication skills, with a focus on efficient project and timeline execution.
Role Responsibilities include:
*Digital Project Traffic Management
*Creating and managing project scope and timelines in digital project management system (WorkFront), with assistance
*Daily timeline maintenance to provide accurate picture of project resourcing needs
*Updating 'in-development" timelines to adhere to mid-stream timeline updates
* Following up on Tasks Not Started/Tasks Not Completed
*Assists Account and Project Management teams with new project set up and launch preparations
*Providing timelines and task management coverage for Project Management Team members during out of office periods
*Communication & Teamwork
*Partnering with internal Account & Project Management Team members to manage Email and Alert programs
*Ability to articulate needs and expectations clearly across development teams
*Building and maintaining strong internal relationships that will assist in smooth, on-time project development and execution
*Meeting consistently with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and deliverables, including project brief development, attending internal KO meetings, requirements meetings, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checks
*Escalating potential project issues and delays to senior team leaders
*Process & Guideline Adherence
*Ability to follow processes and procedures
*Demonstrating Medscape process compliance
*Focusing on high-quality deliverables and error-free launches
*Working closely with Project Management team members and with other departments to develop a 360 understanding of process/project workflow
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Up to 1+ years of combined digital, marketing, agency and/or healthcare experience
  • Up to 1+ years of project coordination, traffic, or project management experience
  • Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our physicians and clients have the best experience possible
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, responsible and results-driven, solid communication skills
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and/or task management systems like Workfront
  • Knowledge of internet technologies
  • Knowledge of marketing-related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred) a plus
  • Experience with medical/legal review process within pharmaceutical industry a differentiator
  • Experiencewith pharma clients a differentiator
  • Experience with MS Project or Workfront a differentiator
