We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to follow up diligently to assist our Inventory Management team in optimizing day-to-day operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing first prints, reprints, and remainders with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.

This is a contractor opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and information source for inventory management for MCPG, overseeing all aspects of inventory and addressing inventory-related issues for publishers, sales teams, and operations. Collaborate with Sales reps, Publisher, Marketing and Production on a regular basis.
  • Monitor inventory levels daily and analyze data from various reports to identify reprint needs promptly.
  • Manage "End of Life" Remainders. Work collaboratively with Publishers, Sales and Fulfillment Center
  • Data entry (Enter meeting results into Cognos databases (quantities, price changes, follow-up information)

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate inventory operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and composure to deal with frequent changes
  • Strong computer skills, Google apps proficiency and Intermediate Excel level

Ideal Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

This role will have an ourly salary of $27.
