As a Senior Site Services and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the New York site's hospitality services, including reception, visitor coordination, meeting and catering support. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure best in class execution of all onsite meetings and events.

Y ou will also demonstrate a general understanding of all Office Services business areas and collaborate as a team to effectively support the daily site operation (including facilities maintenance, safety & security, office moves) and other special projects. You will enrich the experience of working at Capital by identifying and resolving operational issues and supporting our internal and external client needs.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong customer service orientation with (a deep understanding and commitment to delivering exceptional client service) OR (interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and stakeholders.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead projects autonomously.
  • Demonstrate initiative and team orientation.
  • Role will be office-based 4 - 5 days a week.


New York Base Salary Range: $80,970-$129,552

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
