What You'll Do
As our Specialist, Pre-Production, you are responsible for supporting the material counter sourcing and testing procedures for all Lovesac products. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Product Development and Design teams and work with overseas vendors and suppliers for execution.

This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel for monthly meetings to corporate headquarters, and for vendor meetings and shows as needed.

  • Maintain soft goods vendor relationships with daily communication and support the onboarding of new vendors
  • Manage the fabric library and samples in company tools
  • Assist with all sourcing projects, activation projects and custom projects
  • R&D: Counter sourcing of Quick Ship and Insert Fabrics
  • Manage approval communication and samples shipping to vendors
  • Keep track of all testing for quick ship and custom fabrics
  • Support and collaborate with cross functional teams on all projects
  • Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a Fashion or Textile concentration.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Design industry, or a similar field.
  • System knowledge of Wrike, PLM and NetSuite preferred.
  • Exemplify each of our Lovesac values, at all times, be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), goals and deadlines.
  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly connection weeks, annual companywide meetings, monthly team meetings, and vendor visits and shows).
  • Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.
