Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paralegal - Development.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for supporting the Office of General Counsels work on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to development/estates, governance, trustee and officer conflicts of interest processes, government filings, real estate, contracting, subpoenas and litigation, and other areas as requested by the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel.

To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with paralegal training Minimum 5 to 7 years experience as a paralegal (or equivalent position) in a law firm or in-house legal department Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work collegially Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the iManage document management system.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58,930.99 - $98,218.33 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
