Casting Director (New York, NY) Set creative direction for client projcts, ensurg campaigns align w/ brand ID & bus objectives. Devlp creative direction & oversee photo, stylg, & design of brand & marketg matrls. Oversee profit & loss budgt in collab w/ creative directors, stylists, & prods, allocatg fundg per projct need & reconcilg expenses & costs quarterly for internl, private auditg. Negotiate contract terms, fee structres, & usage rights w/ extrnl artists, talent agents, & partner co’s in collab w/ intrnl legal counsel. Intermittent intl travel. Reqs: 4 yrs exp castg for beauty & fashion indstry incldg photoshoots for editorials, campaigns, & publctns for lux brands. Exp castg talent for intrnl beauty & fashion engmnts.
