This is an exciting career opportunity in an international, challenging business setting known for diversity and high paced environment. You will get to Develop and roll out the future global standards to help drive continuous improvements together with the regional BPO's. In addition to that you will Work closely with other functional managers and element owners within the operating system, to ensure that the framework required for the 'APMT way of working' functions and best practices are shared.Key responsibilities:
- Governance and development of global standards and processes;
- Governance and development of global standards KPIs;
- Collaborate with other functional process owners to create seamless end-to-end processes;
- Support and participate in both ad hoc improvement initiatives as well as long term strategic initiatives, as required in close coordination with Regional BPO's; including Flow deployment.
- Actively participate in driving the digital agenda within Operations through participation in current initiatives, staying informed on developments within the industry and raising innovations with potential benefit to APMT.
- Help define, plan and prioritize the pipeline of optimization initiatives within APMT Operations.
- Drive and support on Global Operation policy deployment, standard work, FPR and any reporting initiatives.
- Support terminals in achieving sustainable business results through general problem solving and specific assistance on Policy deployment related targets to improve (TTIs), either on site or remote. Selecting, prioritizing and participating in these functional improvement activities in close consultation and alignment with Regional BPO's;
- Drive continuous improvement in performance through process performance and Operations KPI's to achieve cost leadership and operational excellence;
We are looking for :
- +7 years of multi-discipline experience within terminal operations;
- Process design and solution mindset;
- Holistic thinking - understanding the whole before individual details;
- Strong ability to work in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to analyze data
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to influence and drive change;
- Self motivator, who is comfortable working remotely;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
