We are looking for a Logistics Lead to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.

Your role

  • Process improvements and cost control of ourlogistics processes.
  • Streamlining logistic procedures aiming at efficiency, speed, quality information and reduced transport and packing cost.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures, processes and work instructions applicable to each member of your team.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for all logistics and inventory management functions.
  • Strategically manage the aging of all inventories within the regional warehouses and field service technician's van/truck stock.
  • Manage inventory levels (including minimum balances) with input from sales and marketing to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build efficient inventory management KPIs (replenishment, obsolete stock etc.).
  • Understand the activities that impact the business and proactively seek information to take the necessary actions.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information for all goods in transit.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in all aspects of the logistic process including operational, administrative and analytical knowledge.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.

To succeed you need:

  • Youhave a solid knowledge of flow processes and systems in a manufacturing environment. SAP experience is a plus.
  • Youhave advanced competence of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have a strong personality, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable.
  • You are an excellent communicator, a driver with a balanced and flexible approach, possessing
    the ability to build strong relationships and be able to motivate.
  • You are a team-minded professional that is a self-motivator and a self-starter.
  • You are logical, analytical and a creative thinker.
  • On top of this you have a positive attitude and you firmly believe that there is always a better way!

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager.

    You will be on-site and report into one of our four regional offices in Pinebrook, NJ, Bristol, PA, Middletown, CT, or Deer Park, NY. #LI-Onsite
