We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 14+ years of experience, specializing in SAP-FICAx and SAP-FICA-Utilities within the Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services domains. This role is pivotal in driving the architectural decisions and project implementations that will shape the future of our services and solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standard processes.
• Collaborate with customers across the organization to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and create functional specifications for SAP FICA-Utilities projects.
• Supervise the integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICA configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Lead project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members on SAP FICA functionalities.
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP FICA developments and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and data privacy standards within the SAP FICA domain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Qualifications - Must have extensive experience in SAP-FICAx and SAP-FICA-Utilities.
• Consistent track record in the Utilities, Retail, and Customer Services domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superb communication and customer management abilities.
• Experience in SAP FICA Utilities, SAP IS Utilities FICA, and SAP IS Utilities
