Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a HR Operations Assistant. The HR Operations Assistant's primary responsibility is entering and processing data in ADP Workforce Now, as well as, basic administrative duties within the Human Resources department. Requires well developed team skills and unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR data.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering employee/payroll data into ADP Workforce Now, including new hire data and employee changes, in a timely manner for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
  • Assist Payroll with reviewing employee data for accuracy, and Union correspondence.
  • Perform accurate electronic filing of employee records, memos, etc.
  • Prepare and process certified and regular mail.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, fax transmittals, etc.
  • Other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • HR related coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred.
