How you'll make an impact:
As a Campaign Operations manager, you will be partnering with internal tech clients and Salesforce to ensure existing Marketing campaigns in our legacy Teradata platform are successfully migrated to the new Salesforce platform. Migrating to the Salesforce platform will allow us to do more innovative things in our Marketing campaigns and continue to evolve and grow them.

What you'll do:

  • Work with internal Campaign Ops team members to understand campaign logic for approx. 300+ Marketing campaigns that are on the legacy platform.
  • Create clear documentation that will outline the business criteria for the new Salesforce campaigns.
  • Count and data validation for the new Salesforce campaigns by comparing to our legacy campaigns.
  • Implement new quality controls for the new campaigns and/or migrating existing controls into Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze the available data sources in Salesforce that can be used to enhance campaign segmentation.
  • Facilitate campaign and audience sizing exercises in Salesforce if required by Marketing.
  • Assist with legacy/BAU work to assist fellow team members working on Salesforce transition.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or education in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced understanding of Database Marketing, Database Architecture, and SQL.
  • Minimum 7+ years experience with Customer Data Platforms outside of Salesforce (Teradata, APRIMO, Unica, etc.)
  • Minimum 5+ yrs experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to all staff levels and possess ability to deliver information tactfully. Ability to work with internal teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
