Primary Purpose

At Emmes, interns will have the opportunity to accelerate their careers by working closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work experience.

• Assists in collecting and entering sales and marketing data in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Understands Emmes offerings and assists in identifying target customers and curating inside sales content.
• Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Maintains and updates data collection tools and templates.
• Follows procedures/processes used for CRM record creation, pricing update and record closing and identifies ways to enhance operations.
• Assists in running weekly or monthly reports on pen opportunities, year to date wins, win rates and proposal activities.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement of the system.
• Follows company safety regulations and company policies.
• Support other sales and marketing efforts as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Must currently be enrolled in college in business administration, marketing or related fields.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience with Office 365 applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Creativity, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to ask questions and learn new skills.
