THE JOB:

As a Production Supervisor (Rigging), you will be responsible for supervising all details of assigned events to include audio visual equipment and operations, installation, rentals, outside services and entertainment, and ensure that events are completed on time, in budget and meet company standards. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

STARTING RATE: $38/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee Setup/Teardown: Manage the efficient and safe setup and teardown of event equipment and services.
  • Technical Coordination: Direct technicians and handle all audiovisual requirements, including permits and quality checks.
  • Supervise Installations: Lead the installation of events, manage outside services, and ensure event success.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe environment and compliance with all regulations.
  • Client Vision and Support: Understand and implement the event contact's vision, acting as the point of contact when needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle Purchase Orders, invoice verification, and financial statements for events.
  • Rental Management: Supervise rental logistics and condition, coordinating returns and shipments.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project success.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Has at least two (2) years of experience in the events industry, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Has at least one (1) year of equipment or inventory databases or project tracking software experience.
  • Has at least two (2) years of events, A/V, show/entertainment production, or theater experience.
  • Has at least two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.
