Job Description
Located along scenic waterfront property in Brooklyn, NY, our Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care have earned a reputation for providing quality and compassionate care delivered through programs and services that support individuals needing short-stay or long term inpatient care.
Responsible for planning and executing recruiment and retention strategies to attract, select and retain professional staff for Hospice & Palliative Care,Home Care and Managed Care/Health Plans of MJHS.Assists in all employment/recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, new hire processing and presentations including new hire orientation.
- BA/BS required
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience recruiting health care professionals in a Human Resources or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel
- Experience utilizing HRIS and applicant tracking systems required
- HR Certification preferred
