  • Straight Talk, TracFone, and Walmart Family Mobile: Straight Talk, Tracfone, and Walmart Family Mobile stand as giants in our brand portfolio, boasting significant presence in Walmart. Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.

  • Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

  • Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research's prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

  • SafeLink: SafeLink remains dedicated to serving customers through government subsidies. With a strategic pivot towards Lifeline in the absence of ACP, SafeLink continues to fulfill its mission of providing essential communication services to those in need.

Responsibilities:

Lead marketing executive for Brand

  • Set the Vision and Strategy to develop brand awareness, distinction and generate demand for Total by Verizon and Verizon prepaid by developing marketing strategy using insights and research.

  • Establish audience targeting, planning, messaging narrative, omnichannel strategy (retail, .com, local & CRM) and drive campaign execution.

  • Establish and maintain timelines, lead inputs for brand & campaign work, and act as central team for all marketing related work.

  • Develop marketing campaigns that impact and deliver business results, project forecasting and marketing KPIs.

  • Report out regularly on marketing performance weekly and provide marketing inputs/optimizations to directly impact results.

  • Serve as Executive Marketing lead and liaison with Commercial/Brand and Cross Functional teams.

  • Oversee all Brand Strategy for Total by Verizon and Verizon Prepaid including brand positioning, brand identity, tone of voice, architecture, naming, nomenclature), governance & consistency (process and continual optimization), omnichannel integration across all channels including CX, Web, Channel Mktg., Field, Lower Funnel, and partnerships.

  • Lead creative content generation including creative strategy , campaign & brand creative across all channels, develop creative campaign toolkits to be implemented across the organization. Manage brand creative agencies. Responsible for end-to-end creative for every campaign, ensuring brand and message consistency across all channels delivering one-voice to customers.

  • Raise the bar of all that you interact with and mentor and grow your team and those around you

  • Be a business minded-understanding and know/show how marketing drives business impact.

  • Bring a challenger mindset and approach to marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. MBA highly preferred.

  • 12+ years, Brand and Demand Experience

  • Marketing &/or Advertising agency experience

  • Brand/Client side marketing experience

  • Proficiency in building consumer marketing and omnichannel go to market plans that drive revenue

  • Understanding and mastery of most fields of marketing including research, branding, consumer promotions, digital marketing and creative development

  • Excellent communicator and competitive sprit who wants to win

  • Experience with retail brands in a highly competitive space

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $193,000.00 and $358,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
