The Team:

The Dolls U.S. Commercial Marketing team localizes the global brand strategy to fit with the U.S. market by setting pricing, managing the P&L, and creating the go-to-market strategy for the U.S.


The Opportunity:

The Associate Marketing Manager will provide marketing, business operations, and customer management activities for the brand and product line in order to achieve financial growth, hit profit targets, and deliver against KPIs. The Associate Marketing Manager will support the Senior Marketing Manger who is responsible for managing our Dolls IP brands, including Monster High and Polly Pocket.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manage the portfolio day-to-day marketing activities, including local insights collection and synthesis of performance of brand/products
  • Leverage data to derive insights and provide recommendations to strengthen brand recognition and POS
  • Manage commercialization of the brands including selling-in product lines to retail partners and developing channel segmentation, first to market, retailer selection programs
  • Deliver item-level forecasting, tracking, and performance roll-ups in order to impact marketing strategy
  • Drive short-term promotional plan and execution by brand and across retail customers
  • Activating national marketing programs in the US market to drive brand growth
  • Drive marketing execution by working with a cross-functional team inclusive of Sales, Global Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, etc.
  • Develop an expertise in the category, including competitive insight, to help drive decisions that lead to business growth

Education required:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA preferred

Experience, knowledge, skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years (3 years with MBA) experience in consumer or brand marketing
  • Advanced understanding of standard marketing techniques
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
  • Ability totake conclusions from data and communicate and presentthose actionable insights to leadership and business executives
  • Comfortable taking ownership to drive discussions with cross functional partners resulting in a consensus recommendation

The annual base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $125,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
