Responsibilities Include: (Please summarize the 4-8 main responsibilities/accountabilities of the position. List responsibilities in the order of importance and time spent.)

Manage and lead a team of regional indirect dealer sales reps to meet production goals.

Train newly hired dealer sales reps in all aspects of dealer engagement, development and onboarding. Provide guidance and support to both new and existing sales reps, including joint visits to dealers.

Track monthly sales goals and provide reports to senior management analyzing performance by sales rep, region, and product.

Engage our indirect lending partners to sign up new dealers in a specific region. Provide strategies to develop and build relationships with the dealers in these markets to expand the Bethpage indirect auto lending footprint.

Use auto industry market analysis tools (ie, Trans Union Auto Credit Insights) to identify new dealers in targeted regions that meet our corporate strategy for auto loan growth.

Analyze greographic markets to create customized programs for dealers that produce high volume loans for the credit union.

Create an implementation plan that covers the origination and servicing functions for each new market.

Research and gather information on competitors' offerings and provide timely recommendations based on analysis to Sr. Management to strategically plan and adjust goals by market region.

Daily interaction with the Indirect Lending staff to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met. Track common issues and come up with solutions.

Consistent travel to expanded markets in all parts of the United States.

This position is exempt; the expected salary range is $101,363 - $121,636 annually.

Education
High School (required)

Experience
PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills. (preferred)
10 years: Supervisory experience. Has direct reports, assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, etc. (required)
10 years: Interacting with dealer software management tools. (required)
10 years: Performing dealer sales of auto loan products, including lease, retail, and balloon. (required)
