Sales Operations Assistant
Your tasks

Position Summary:

This role reports to and works very closely with the Vice President Risk Engineering Services and all Client/Account Executives domestically and internationally. The Sales Operations Assistant must provide superior client service by identifying client and prospect needs in support of CE's and AE's and following through to completion while keeping all parties informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating reports from Proposal Log/CRM - Bowler, Significant Wins, YTD Bookings Data, Project Services, Arc Flash, and Accepted Sales for Marketing department.

Responsible for Prop Log/CRM sales data entries and updates

Responsible for Client Relationship Team Funnel data entries and updates

Responsible for CRM data entries of sales and account information

Responsible for Client Reference Log data entries and updates

Support account managers in initiating and completing request for request for proposals (RFP), presentations, and stewardship reports

EDA entry and GRIPPS setup (new, renewal, carryover)

Prepare contract/ Addendum/ Appendix A

Support TNE billing, tracking, and invoice requests

Maintain internal communication documents

Update and keep track of various sales/ account management documents

Assist in the development and proofreading of GRC client and external Presentations/ Proposals

Update/ Assist with Brand Refresh on Marketing Materials, Sample Reports, Sales Tools, etc.

Assist with Event planning and execution such as invitations, keeping tracks of RSVPs, and post event follow up.

Research companies and obtain info to support the sales process

Participate in various projects, as needed

All other administrative supports as needed

Understand GRC internal systems and applications

Your qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Management related field, or equivalent experience

CRM experience a plus

Specific Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Paint/ Picture Manager, PDF

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-tasked, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to understand RFP requirements for preparation of pricing, proposal, and presentation documents

Motivated - energetic, proactive, creative self-starter, and a team player with integrity

Confident - able to take a task and complete using good judgment and sound reasoning
